When should I schedule my move-out cleaning?
As soon as you know your move date. The best time is after your belongings are out and before your final walk-through. Booking early gives you the best choice of days, especially at the end of the month.
Does the home need to be empty?
Ideally, yes. An empty home lets us clean closets, shelves and floors completely. If some furniture is still there, let us know when you request your quote.
How much does move-out cleaning cost?
It depends on the size and condition of the home. Use the free quote form with your address and the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, and we will give you a price before you book.
Do I need to be there?
No. Many move-out clients have already left town. You can leave a key, use a lockbox or give us a door code.
